- Page 4 Disconnect the Key Remote Plate (cont.) Disconnect the cable from back of button attachment. NOTE: BE CAREFUL TO USE THE RELEASE CLIP. Make sure to keep the cable out of housing box so it can be re-clipped into the extender connector plate.
- Page 5 Put disconnected Key Remote to the side to attach to the electrical box. Keep screws to attach to extension plate.
- Page 6 Replace Key Remote Plate with supplied Extender Plate Connect cable on back of the Extender Plate NOTE: CABLE WILL BE FULLY INSERTED WHEN YOU FEEL/HEAR SNAP.
- Page 7 Replace Key Remote Plate with supplied Extender Plate (cont.) Place Extender Plate back on housing box and screw down.
- Page 8 Attaching extension wire Feed wire through the back of the electrical box and plug into the back of Key Remote. NOTE: CABLE WILL BE FULLY INSERTED WHEN YOU FEEL/HEAR SNAP.
- Page 9 Attaching Extension wire (cont.) Mount electrical box and Key remote where desired. Attach Key Remote to electrical box with supplied screws. NOTE: MAKE SURE DIRECTION BUTTONS ARE POSITIONED CORRECTLY IN PLATE. (See key remote instructions for further info) Secure the wire safely away from the lift to the box.
