Notes on Installation
The unit is designed for DC 12V,
negative ground operation system
only. Before installing the unit,
make sure your vehicle is connect¬
ed to DC 12V negative ground sys¬
tem.

Be sure to connect the color coded
leads according to the diagram.
Incorrect connections may cause
the unit to malfunction or damage
the vehicle's electrical system.
Make sure a ll the connections are
completely correct before turning
on your unit.
*■ When replacing the fiusefs), the re¬
placement must be of the same am¬
perage as shown on the fuse holder.
^ Do not block vents or radiator pan¬
els. Blocking them will cause heat
to build up inside and may result in
fire.
r After completing the
installation and
beginning to play the unit,(induding
replacing the battery), press RESET
button on the base with pointed object
(such as bail-point pen) to set the unit
to initial status.
