- Unauthorised persons must not be in the immediate vicinity of the TIMAN 3400 tool trolley when it is in use. - Coupling the TIMAN 3400 tool trolley to the tool carrier’s different tools must only be done by the machine operator. -

2. Description of the TIMAN 3400 tool trolley - The tool trolley has been constructed for fitting/disconnecting all tools fitted on the TIMAN 3400 tool carrier’s rear tool support by means of a hydraulic jack and the tool trolley’s wheels. -

- All tools must be unloaded before they are disconnected! - Drive the tool trolley towards the TIMAN 3400 tool carrier rear end and steer the front wheels forward between the tool carrier’s rear wheels until the tool trolley’s 2 arms are positioned under the tool which is required to be disconnected. - Page 7 - Now lift the tool by means of the foot pedal until the tool’s front brackets are free of the front support. - Now the tool is free of the TIMAN 3400 tool carrier and can be rolled away on the tool trolley.
- Page 8 - Before the tool is lowered down towards the front and the rearmost escutcheons on the TIMAN 3400 tool carrier ensure that the tool’s fittings are correctly placed in relation to its escutcheons; which is between the rearmost fittings and externally on the front fittings.

Lubricate the lowermost inner square profile with general lubricating grease so the top and base glide easily in relation to one another. Safety inspection - The TIMAN tool trolley is subject to the authorities’ requirement for a compulsory 12 month safety inspection 5.3 Hydraulic system - The hydraulic jack has a closed hydraulic system which is maintenance-free. -
