安全注意事项
在安装、运行、保养和维修前必须熟读使用说明书，以保证正确使用。
使用说明书中对安全注意事项区分为"警告" 、 "注意"两个等级。
：不解除的话, 有可能造成死亡或重伤的危险状态。

：不解除的话, 有可能造成中等程度的残疾, 轻伤以及发生物质损伤事故。
注意
并且，即使在 注意 中记载的事项根据情况也有可能导致发生重大事故，所以记载
内容都很重要，请必须遵守。
● 请不要触摸和靠近通电中的产品，因有触电、灼伤的危险。
● 维修、检验请在切断电源后进行，因有触电的危险。
● 请不要在切断电源后立即触摸产品，因为余热可能会导致灼伤。
● 产品废弃时需按产业废弃物处理。
1. 解开包装
(1) 请确认产品与要求的规格是否一致。
(2) 请检查是否有由于运输等原因而引起的零部件松动或破损现象。
2. 保管
请避免高温多湿、有腐蚀性气体及日光直射的场所，以原包装的状态进行保管。
3. 注意事项
(1) 安装完成后，分别按下正向、反向接触器的可动部分，然后松开，请确认其能顺利
地动作。
(2) 为防止正向、反向接触器同时吸合，在控制回路中应有电气联锁。 （Fig.1,2）
(3) 在快速切换的场合，为防止短路事故的发生，应使用延时继电器确保切换时间大于
15ms。
4. 安装
4.1 机械联锁单元（Fig.3）
(1) 将机械联锁单元可动部的滑块（*1）卡入本体可动部的凹槽（*2） ，联锁单元的定位
块（*3）和本体侧面的定位槽（*4）对准，把联锁单元从两侧压入，将联锁单元与
接触器联接在一起。
(2) 把连接块的导向块（*5）插入本体的导向槽（*6）中，把连接块的挂耳（*8）与联
锁单元的卡块（*7）卡住。

To ensure proper use of the product, be sure to read this manual and the other attached
documents carefully before starting installation, operation, maintenance and inspection.
Within this instruction manual, safety precautions are ranked, in order of importance, as
either "Warning" or "Caution".
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, could

CAUTION
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, may
result in minor or moderate injury and/or damage to the equipment.
Under certain conditions, improper operation may result in serious injury and/or damage
even if it is labeled only as "Caution". Every item indicated by either "Warning" or
"Caution" should be considered significant. Be sure to give particular care to those items.
● Do not touch the product or approach it when power connected. Electric shock
or burns may result.
● Turn off the power before starting maintenance or inspection. Failure to do so
may result in electric shock.
● Do not touch the product immediately after the power is turned off. As it may still
be hot, burns may result.
● Treat the product as industrial waste when discarding.

1. Unpacking

(1) Check that the type, coil voltage and contact arrangement match the requested
specifications.
(2) Make sure that no parts have been lost or damaged.

2. Storage

Store the unit in the packing box. Do not store the packing box in a location subject to
high temperature, high humidity, corrosive gas, or direct sunlight.

3. Notes

(1) After connection, push and release the movable parts (contact supports) of the
forwarding and reversing contactors one turn at a time to see that they move smoothly.
(2) To prevent simultaneous engagement of forward and reverse contactors, be sure to
electrically interlock with each other.(Fig.1,2)
(3) In case of rapid switching use, please keep over 15ms interval by using delay relay and
so on for prevention of short circuit accident.

4. Mounting

4.1 Mechanical interlock Unit（Fig.3）
(1) Match the projecting part（*1）of the movable part of the mechanical interlock unit with
the small square opening part（*2）of the movable part of the contactor, and the round
boss（*3）of the mechanical interlock unit with the recessed part（*4）of the side of the
contactor. Hold the mechanical interlock unit on the both sides by the contactors.
(2) Insert the ribs（*5）of the joint block into the guides（*6）of the contactor and fit the
window（*8）of the joint block into the projecting part（*7）of the mechanical interlock
unit.
