6. Start the machine.
Plug into the mains.
Turn on the water taps.
Check that the drain hose is correctly positioned.
Press the ON/OFF button.
A brief acoustic signal indicates the programme
has started.
The «mains on» light and «door locked» light will
illuminate. The wash cycle phase indicator begins
to turn.
7. The machine has finished the pro-
gramme.
Three acoustic signals indicate that the programme
has finished.
Wait approximately two minutes before opening the
door to give the electric locking mechanism time
to release it.
You must not attempt to open the door until the
«door locked» light is off.
Press the ON/OFF button again - the mains on light
will go out.
Turn the programme selector dial to «K».
Turn the water taps off and unplug the machine
from the mains.
Open the loading door by pressing the relevant
button and remove the laundry.
Ensure that the drum is completely empty by
rotating it with one hand.
Leave the door ajar for a while to eliminate the
steam.
