Gas pressure ‐ winter usage
When using gas, especially when it is cold, one must take into account that when the gas becomes cold, the gas pressure
in the bottle also drops. As the amount of gas decreases, it also affects the gas pressure, which drops further. The flame
becomes smaller and this reduces the effect. At a certain point the gas reducer will not release enough gas to keep the
stove running. This applies especially if the heater is operated at maximum power. Before connecting the heater, check
that there is enough gas for heating (at least ½ bottle) or have a spare bottle available and always store the gas bottle to
Thank you for choosing a gas heater from SpaDealers. The heater is easy
to use. When connecting to a hot tub, there's a connection kit (A) with
pump incl. hoses accessories (included in complete hot tub packages). For
the heater to start it needs a water flow of at least 7l/min created by a
pump. Connect the upper connection to the heater and wait until water
starts seeping out in the lower black nut (1). That means the air has been
displaced and the pump can be started. Note * The pump must not be run
dry as this can cause damage to the rotor shaft. When the water starts
flowing the ignition mechanism is activated automatically. If gas is
connected and turned on the torch will ignite and start heating the water.
The three white knobs should all be adjusted to Max.
TIP!
When the gas is running out you can turn the knobs for Gas and
Power set to Min. to take most advantage of the remaining gas.

When draining and there is a risk of freezing, loosen nuts
D and pull the hoses out of the connection so that all
water can run out. IMPORTANT! The filter is only
designed to remove minor impurities to protect the
pump and stove. Clean the filter after each use of the
bath. Use separate filtration for good water hygiene.
