  • Page 16 Installation and operation Preparation of Ingredients 1. Prepare all ingredients for making ice cream according to an individual recipe or recipe suggestions in this instruction manual. Follow the instructions in chapter 'Tips and Hints for Making Ice Cream'. NOTE! Never place warm nor hot ingredients in the ice cream container; ingredients must always be cooled beforehand.

When the connection cable is inserted, the ice cream maker will restart by default. At this point, there is no delay in selecting the ice cream making mode or the cooling only mode.
