Pay attention to perform the installation work at high-place using a stepladder, etc.

N O T E
Do not move the louver by hand. If moved, the louver mechanism will be damaged. In addition, do not apply an excessive force to the air outlet part to
prevent the breakage.
1 The suspension height of the indoor unit should be referred
to "Installation & Maintenance Manual" of the indoor unit.
2 Do not touch the louver during the installation work.
3 Check to ensure that the distance between the indoor unit
undersurface and the false ceiling undersurface is 47
as shown in the figure below.

4 Remove the air inlet flat grille from the air panel. Lift up one
side of the air inlet flat grille ( 1 ) then slide to arrow direction
as figure ( 2 ). Lift up the other side of the air inlet flat grille
to remove from the Hinge ( 3 ). Open the air inlet flat grille
approximately 90º from the air panel surface and remove
the loop clutch of the chain from the air panel ( 4 ). Then
remove the air inlet flat grille from the other side of the hinge
( 5 , 6 ).

N O T E
Although the air inlet flat grille can be opened until the angle of 90°
from the air panel surface, it can not be removed from the air panel.

Remove the loop clutch of the
chain from the air panel

5 Remove the corner pocket covers.
The corner pocket covers can be removed pulling
toward the arrow direction in the figure below.
6 Remove the air filter form the air panel by turning the knobs
for air filter (6 for P-AP90DNA, 10 for P-AP160DNA) 90º.

7 Adjust the name label mark of the electrical box and air
panel then temporarily hang the air panel from the indoor
unit by hooking the hinges of the air panel into the hooks of
the indoor unit.
