installed 5 shades. When setting the down position on one of these, I went past my desired stop point. Now the shade will not go up beyond the set down spot. Tried to reset the remote but it does not change.

To reset the Allen + Roth 78619 shade and adjust the down position after setting it incorrectly:

one of the shades is rolling up towards the left causing the bottom bar to catch or snag on the frame of the shade. how do I fix this?
