  • Page 4 Cut a zig zag pattern with four triangles on one end of the short steel tube. Next, round off the sharp ends. Then, use a hammer to bring the triangles together. Finally, weld the four pieces together. Cut out the inner rim bead of the top sidewall and the entire bottom sidewall so that water does not collect.
  • Page 5 Place the four metal poles with the cut out groove around the metal piece from step 3, and place the metal poles around three car tires. Then, weld the metal piece and the metal poles together. Where the car tires touches the metal pole, drill two holes through the tire tread and the metal pole.
