- Page 2 Introduzione The TAP HF device is a mat with two radiand antennas for high-frequency magnetotherapy. It’s designed to treat the spinal area by placing it on the back of a chair or armchair. The device is classified as class I, in accordance with rule 1 (4.1) referred to in Annex VIII of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated 5 April 2017, relating to medical devices.

- Page 5 FTI1000 Cleaning the TAP HF To clean the TAP HF device, , it is recommended to disconnect the applicator from the device before performing any operation. Clean the fabric with a cloth moistened with a solution of water and alcool (20% solution) and wait for it to dry completely before reusing the applicator for a therapy session.
- Page 6 Warranty TAP HF is covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty shall lapse in case of tampering, neglect and inappropriate use of the applicator and in case of any intervention carried out by personnel who is not authorized by the manufacturer or by the authorized dealer.
