OPERATION

NEVER LEAVE COMPRESSOR UNATTENDED WHILE IN USE.

ALLOW THE UNIT TO COOL FOR 15 MINUTES AFTER EACH 10 MINUTES OF USE.

NEVER STAND DIRECTLY IN-FRONT OF TIRE WHEN FILLING.
- To achieve optimal performance, your vehicle's engine should be running when operating your tire inflator.
- Unwind the power cord and insert the DC plug into the 12V socket of your vehicle.
- Remove the air hose from the back of the device and connect it to the valve stem of the tire.
- Once connected, the tire inflator will display the tire's current air pressure measurement.
- Press the R button to toggle between PSI, Bar, and KPA.
- Press the "+" or "−" buttons to set the desired air pressure.
- Once the pressure is set, press the On button.
- The inflator will automatically turn off once the desired pressure is reached.
- To turn off the inflator before the set pressure is reached, press the On/Off button.
- Do not run for more than 10 minutes. Allow inflator to cool for 15 minutes before using again.
- Remove air hose from tire when finished.
- For other inflatable items: Select the appropriate adapter and thread it into the air nozzle. Proceed with step 4-8 above.
Tip: When inflating sports balls, moisten needle before inserting it into the ball valve.
WORK LIGHT
When the unit is plugged in to the DC socket, press the light button
to turn it on and off.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Use only mild soap and a damp sponge to clean compressor.
- Do not immerse any part in liquid.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Solution |
The device does not start/blows fuses | - Push the power plug firmly into the DC socket and twist it back and forth to ensure clean contact.
- Check DC socket for dirt and particles. Use a non-conductive probe to clean the DC socket. Do not use your fingers or metal.
- Check vehicle lighter fuse; should be 15 amps minimum.
- Make sure the shutoff pressure setting is not lower than the current pressure of the item you are inflating.

The device runs but does not inflate | - Be sure the nozzle always touches the core of the valve stem.
- Check tire or other item being inflated for leaks.
- Check hose for breaks and leaks at fittings.

The unit runs slowly | - Overheated from excessive use. Shut it off and let it cool for 15 minutes.
- Voltage too low. Check condition of battery.

Gauge appears to read incorrectly or is unreadable Display shows ERR message | - Disconnect valve connector from the tire. Press and hold the "R" reset button until the display shows all the digits and then returns to 0.0

CAUTION
- Do not overheat the unit! If the compressor is not pumping a steady stream of air and appears sluggish or if metal fittings get too warm to the touch, these are indicators that the compressor has been in operation for too long. Immediately turn off the compressor and allow it to cool for approximately 15 minutes before resuming operation. Never leave compressor unattended while in use.
- This unit is not suitable for high-pressure tires such as those used on large commercial trucks.
- Keep out of reach of children.
