Troubleshooting

Phenomenon Measure
No power Check whether the plug is connected correctly. Check if the power is properly connected to 24V or if the AC adapter is power or not.
No cool enough Check whether it is set to the cooling mode and whether the temperature setting is too high.
The temperature range of the air conditioner is 16-30 degrees. When the ambient temperature reaches the setting, the compressor and fan will stop running. When the ambient environment is lower than 16 degrees, the air conditioner does not turn on, which is normal.
Cooling slow Space is too large, please make sure the space within 3 square meters.
Outlet air is hot If the air outlet is not cold, you can check whether the compressor is turned on. When the ambient temperature is too high, try to run the air conditioner with a moderate fan speed to reduce the load of the compressor.

Error Code

Error Code Explanation Troubleshooting
E1 Under-Voltage Protection Check whether the adapter is faulty or whether the 24V DC power's voltage is lower than 21.5V, and the error is removed when the voltage rises to 23V.
E6 Sensor Error (short circuit, open circuit) Check if the temperature sensor is disconnected

Cleaning Tips

  1. Keep the air inlet/outlet clean and regularly wipe with a damp cloth.
  2. When not in use for a long time, the power should be unplugged and the water should be drained.
  3. Keep away from fire.

FAQ

Q1: Can I use the cigarette port in my car to power the air conditioner?
A: You need to check whether the voltage of the cigarette port on the car is 24V. If it is a 24V cigarette port, it can be used. The traditional 12V cigarette cannot power the air conditioner, incorrect connections will damage the car battery and air conditioner.

Q2: Can I use solar panels to power the air conditioner?
A: Sorry, the air conditioner does not support photovoltaic input, you can only use AC 110/220V or DC 24V power supply.

Q3: In addition to tent cooling, can I use the air conditioner for indoor or more scenes?
A: Different from the most room or portable air conditioners, the E0501-07002 is not designed to cool an entire room to a set temperature. It is made for more personal comfort for you. Recommended using area is less than 3m³.

Q4: Can I connect the 24V battery directly with included DC Power Cord?
A: Yes, you can directly connect the positive and negative of the power cord to the battery and power the air conditioner.
