Carefully deburr and clean the blade between
Sharpening and Honing stages and before
cutting food.
Using the Tungsten Scissors Sharpening
Slot
1. Place the heel of the blunt scissor blade, with
the beveled edge down, onto the tungsten
2. Use the scissor hilt as a reference and
support, keep the the blade parallel to the slot
then slowly PULL the scissors straight back from
the base to the tip with the scissor handle
facing you(E). (Don't slide the scissor blade
forward and backward.) Repeat 5-10 times.
Using the Leather Strop
Apply the blade to the leather with a light
pressure, stroke on both sides in the direction
of the back of the blade(F), repeat the
movements till the blades are fully deburred.
Replacement of Grinding Disc
1. Hold one side of the roller and unscrew the
other side counterclockwise till the disc is
loosen(G) and can be put aside.
2. Hold the roller with the opposite grinding
wheel in your hand and unscrew the groove from
the empty side of the roller counterclockwise with
a screwdriver(H) to also remove the remaining
grinding disc.
Clean the surface of the sharpening discs with water after every used.
Store the sharpener and the base dry after cleaning.
