Speed defrost
1.
Press the 'Speed Defrost' button.
2.
Use number buttons to set a defrosting time. The longest time is 99 minutes and
99 seconds.
3.
Press the 'Start/Stop' button to confirm and start defrosting.
Note:
During defrosting, the microwave will pause, and the buzzer will sound to remind you
to turn the food over. After turning the food over, close the door and press the
'Start/Stop' button to resume defrosting.
Defrost by weight
1.
Press the 'Defrost By Weight' button.
2.
Use the number buttons to enter the weight of the food. The maximum weight is
2700g.
3.
Press the 'Start/Stop' button to confirm and start defrosting.

Cook by weight

Press the 'Cook By Weight' button.
2.
Use the number buttons to enter the weight of the food. The maximum weight is
2700g.
3.
Press the 'Start/Stop' button to confirm and start cooking.

turn the food over. After turning the food over, close the door and press the
'Start/Stop' button to resume cooking.
