WARNINGS
and useful safety information
1. Follow the assembly of the product in the order shown in this user guide.
2. If your child can get out of the portacot by himself/herself or his/her
stature reaches 89cm, stop using the product.
3. Do not use the folding portacot near naked heat sources, bar heaters,
open fires or exposed flames.
4. Do not leave anything in the folding portacot (such as toys) that can
provide a foothold.
5. WARNING: When your child begins to stand with hands or kneels,
entwining or strangling may happen if you do not take toys away.
6. Use only the mattress supplied by the manufacturer. Do not add an extra
mattress as this may cause suffocation. Never add pillows, blankets,
stuffed animals or padding.
WARNING - MATTRESS SIZE:
This cot is made to use a mattress which is 51 cm wide 91 cm long and
no more than 3.5 cm thick.
Using the wrong size mattress may create hazardous gaps that could
result in suffocation or could reduce the side height of the cot which
may result in your child falling out from the cot.
7. The thickness of the mattress has been specified to ensure that the
distance from the top of the mattress to the top of the lowest side or end
will always be at least 51 cm. This will reduce the risk of children falling
out of the cot.
8. Do not use the folding portacot near naked heat sources, bar heaters,
open fires or exposed flames.
9. WARNING: Ensure that the portacot is fully erected and all the locking
mechanisms engaged before placing your child in this portacot.
10. All the components should be fastened appropriately.
11. WARNING: Entrapment hazard - Velcro and zippers must be secured
properly per user instructions.
12. Keep children away while assembling/disassembling the portacot.
13. Keep the folding portacot clear of trailing cables and hanging cords.
14. Keep medication and small items that a child could choke on, away from
the portacot.
15. Do not use accessories which are not approved by the manufacturer.
16. The product is suitable for children from 0-2 years of age, until the child
reaches 89 cm/35 in or 15 kg/33 lb, whichever comes first.

17. Folding cots with padded rims should not be used if the covering material
has been bitten through.
18. This portacot can be used with the Bugaboo Stardust Cotton Sheet
(950000CW01).
19. FALL HAZARD – Ensure the stability feet are assembled on the cot's legs.
20. WARNING: Double check that the bassinet has been completely
zipped. For an extra
check, push in the corners
of the bassinet to ensure it is
securely attached to the bed.
21. Always lock the zipper with
the buckle and cover the
zipper with the flap.
22. Please verify that the zipper
is correctly connected before
zipping the bassinet! Lifting
the bassinet can make it
easier to zip.

24. Ensure the bassinet plate is
correctly placed between
the bassinet inlay and the
mattress.
25. Never place the bassinet plate on the bottom of the cot base. It is only for
bassinet accessory use.
26. The bassinet should be removed before the child can sit up.
27. TO PREVENT FALLS, THE BASSINET MUST NOT BE USED ONCE A
CHILD CAN SIT UP.
28. NEVER PLACE A CHILD IN THE COT WHEN THE BASSINET IS IN PLACE.
29. When setting up the bassinet accessory, please ensure the four belts
under the mattress are properly secured through the eyelets of the
bassinet and attached to the velcro straps on the underside of the
bassinet.
