Favorite Mode: select one from the favorite lists you have edited in
the Organizer menu as the current active list using VOLUME UP/
DOWN. Once a favorite list is selected, you can only access all the
channels included in the favorite list by pressing PROGRAM UP/
DOWN. Select All Services option, then all the favorite channel lists
can be accessed.
Parental Control:
The function allows you to limit your children's access to the
television. This means that you can lock some channels containing
inappropriate content. The function is protected with a PIN code.
After selecting this option, press OK or VOLUME UP to confirm. The
Please Enter Password menu appears. After you enter the correct
PIN code, the Parental Control menu appears. If you have not set
a new PIN code, use the default code "0000" to access the parental
control menu.
Service Lock: use VOLUME UP/DOWN to select On or Off. The
default setting is Off.
Rating Level: use VOLUME UP/DOWN to select a proper rating
level offered (Off, P, C, G, PG, M, MA, AV , R). Once a locking level
is selected, you have to enter the correct password to access those
programmes with an higher rating level. Selecting Off disables the
parental control function. As soon as service lock is on or a certain
rating level is set, parental control is enabled.
System Information: this function is showing some information
about the Version and Latest Update Date.
Change Password: press OK or VOLUME UP to display the
Change Password menu.
Old Password: use the numeric buttons to input the current valid
password.
New Password: use the numeric buttons to input a new four-digit
password.
Confirm: enter your new code again to confirm.
Note: if you have forgotten your password, you can access this
option to change a new password, by entering a "RRGY" PIN code:
RED, RED, GREEN, YELLOW (colo u r buttons on the remote control).
Time Setting: this function allows you to set the time and select
region, etc. Press OK or VOLUME UP to display the Time Setting
menu.
Country: this option is set to Australia, and cannot be selected.
Region: select a proper region using VOLUME UP/DOWN.
Daylight Savings: use VOLUME UP/DOWN to select On or Off.
DTV Time: this option cannot be set.
DTV Date: this option cannot be set.
Time: use numeric buttons on the remote control to enter new time,
if the Auto. Adjust Time option is set to Off.
Date: use numeric buttons on the remote control to enter new date,
if Auto. Adjust Time option is set to Off.
Auto. Adjust Time: use VOLUME UP/DOWN to select between On
and Off. If On is selected, the TV set will adjust the time according
the digital signal automatically.
Aspect Ratio: use VOLUME UP/DOWN to select a preferred aspect
ratio.
Noise Reduction: get better picture quality. Press VOLUME UP/
DOWN to select among: Off, Low, Medium and High.
