Weatherpro awning top bracket kit for 5th wheel hardware

3. Remove the 7/16" nut from the 1/4-20 stud hold-
ing the wind sensor. Be careful not to allow bolt to
fall completely out of arm assembly. See Fig. 3.
4. Unplug the wire harness and remove the wind
sensor. See Fig. 3.

5. Plug the new sensor (supplied in kit) into the wire
harness and place it on the bolt. See Fig. 4.
6. Tighten the lock nut down onto the wind sensor.
Be careful not to over tighten and damage the
wind sensor housing or pinch wiring. See Fig. 4.

C. Replace Control Box
1. Remove the mounting screws that secure the
control box to the coach. See Fig. 5.
2. Unplug the harness connectors from the control
box and note their location. See Fig. 5.

3. Plug the connectors into the new control box in
their appropriate locations. See Fig. 6.
4. Mount the new control box in the existing loca-
tion, being careful not to strip the holes in the
mounting surface as the screws are tightened.
5. Restore the 12 VDC power and test operation per
the awning's User Guide or owners manual.
