I had this installed 2 years ago, yesterday we had to unplug the router to move an outlet. Now I don't have internet. I think the problem is that it no longer is in bridge mode. I don't know how to contact Araknis to see if I have the account or the person that installed it. Help, I need my internet-the building is where my business is and I need internet. I have AN-110-SW-C-5
