Wren's DRS6000 series of network digital video recorders (DVRs) offers features
and functionality to support diverse surveillance needs. The embedded Linux
operating system provides premium security, stability and reliability. This 16-
channel DVR can stand alone or be networked and is available with 500GB,
1TB, or 1.5TB storage capacity. Network software allows for remote viewing
and configuration of multiple DVRs, making it easy to manage video. This DVR
compresses video to CIF of 1.2 KB, allowing video to travel on the network
without slowing it down. Simultaneous playback, record, and burning features
enable interaction without degradation or interruption of recording or
monitoring performance. The smart search feature allows for faster access
to recorded video. Email notifications can be customized to generate alerts
automatically when a video event occurs. The DRS6000 series makes it easy to
capture and manage video that is critical to business.
