- Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3/3 STEP 4 Place the open Table Top (A) on the assembled base, fix with Flat Washer, Spring Washer, Hex Nut and tighten using Spanner Wrench. (See Figure 4.) Figure 4 STEP 5 If required reinsert the Extension Leaf (B), carefully push and close both sides of the Table Top (A) and secure the locks.
