How Do I Reset My Jaybird Vista Earbuds?
If you're experiencing issues with your Jaybird Vista earbuds such as connectivity problems,
audio distortion, or connection issues with the Jaybird App, you may want to try resetting your
earbuds. Please try a soft reset.
Complete a soft reset of your earbuds:
1. Place your earbuds into the charging case, close the lid, and plug the case into charge.
2. This will turn your earbuds off and perform a soft reset.
3. Open the charging case and remove your earbuds.
If a soft reset does not fix your issue, please try a factory reset.
Complete a factory reset of your earbuds
Before starting this process please "FORGET" or "REMOVE" your Jaybird Vista device from
®
the Bluetooth
menu on all your connected audio devices.
1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
2. Open the charging case. Press and hold the case button until the case LED starts blinking
white.
3. While the charge case LED is blinking white, press the case button twice.
4. The LED will blink pink and you can now close the case.
5. When you open the case, your earbuds are reset and ready to pair. Go to the Bluetooth
menu on your audio device and select 'Jaybird Vista' to pair again.
6. Remember to reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird App.
If one or both of your Jaybird Vista earbuds become completely unresponsive, please try the
following hard reset.
Complete a hard reset of your earbuds:

Make sure earbuds and charge case are completely dry before attempting to charge.  Thin clean cloth (e.g. glasses cleaning cloth) Lay a thin, soft, and clean cloth over the charge contact points and then use a paper clip (or similar) to push the cloth into the charge contact points on the earbuds and clean them.
