Establishing a connection to Wi-Fi
®
The Wi-Fi Hotspot function can be used to set the Wi-Fi
point and connect to a Wi-Fi
Use of this function requires a Wi-Fi
provided by Wi-Fi service provider.
Contact your SUBARU dealer for details.
INFORMATION
● This function cannot be used while the Wi-Fi
● A total of 10 devices (5 using 2.4 GHz and 5 using 5.0 GHz) can
be connected. Recommend connecting up to 5 devices at a time for
optimum performance. If connected to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
over wireless, the limit will be 5 devices using 2.4GHz.
1 Turn on the Wi-Fi
2 Touch [ ] from the main menu.
3 Touch [Wi-Fi] from the sub menu.
4 Touch [Hotspot] from the sub
menu.
5 Turn on [Hotspot] in the main
area.
A message may be displayed de-
pending on the multimedia system
settings. Perform the operation ac-
cording to the screen guidance.
6 Connect to Wi-Fi
®
the Wi-Fi device.
● Refer to the Wi-Fi
using the Wi-Fi
● The network name will be displayed under the Hotspot in the main
area.
● The network password will be displayed in the main area. If the pass-
word is long, some of the characters may be omitted from the display.
Touch the screen to check on the password edit screen.
This function is not available in some regions.
