Pressure proof vaccum gauge DIN 14 421 - G 566 is installed on the pressure side. Pumps TUP 3-1,5 C and TUP 3-1,5 CL are in accordance with DIN 14 424. Protective motor switch, plug and light socket are explosion-proofed of the protective ignition systems II 2G EEX de II C T6.
Safety instructions The pump must be used within the approved areas mentioned in this instruction book only. The pump must be inspected frequently by an certified specialist according to the local valid regulations. The pump must be connected to a properly installed current supply. It must be grounded, a statically discharge must be given.
Maintenance 1. Discharge pump housing after use. Collect residual fluids and remove duly. If the pump will not run despite draining in case of frosty conditions, fill warm water to release the impeller 2. After conveyance of dirty fluids, rinse thoroughly to avoid seizing of the wheel due to clays, muds or the like.
Trouble shooting When working at the pump, the mains plug must be pulled from the socket by all means! The pump does not start of stop possible cause Remedy Power failure (insufficient fusing) connect to appropriately fused power source connecting cable damaged Replace cable Motor protector is released possible cause...
