- Page 6 • People with infectious diseases should not use a spa. • Do not use the spa immediately following strenuous exercise. • Immediately leave the spa if you feel uncomfortable or sleepy. • Always enter and exit the spa slowly and cautiously. Wet surfaces are slippery.
