Setup Mode Screens
Setup mode screens are divided into four sections:
password, heater system setup, hardware setup, and
advanced setup.
Password Screen
While in Run mode, press the Setup
password is not set to 0000, the Password screen will
appear. Enter the password to continue to Setup the
mode.

Heater System Setup Screen
This screen enables users to set parameters for each
heat zone. Press

Function
Set the heat zone type from the drop-down
box. NOTE: Platen is not an option for this
box.
Set the temperature setpoint for each heat
zone.
Set the number of degrees the setpoint will
be decreased by when the heat zone is in
setback mode.
Set number of degrees (0-30° C) the heat
zone can go above the setpoint before an
alarm is issued.
Set number of degrees (0-25° C) the heat
zone can go above the setpoint before a
warning is issued.
Select to enable the heat zone; leave blank
to disable the heat zone.

enclosure accessory kits differ from the warm melt
supply system.
