Die folgenden Bildzeichen sind am Gerät sichtbar angebracht:

Verwendung und Transport (Abb. A–D)
WARNUNG: Kippgefahr. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Wagen vor dem Auf- oder
Abladen des Aufbruchhammers sicher abgestellt wurde.
Auf-oder Abladen des Aufbruchhammers auf den/
vom Wagen:
1. Nehmen Sie den Meißel aus dem Aufbruchhammer, setzen Sie ihn in die
Meißelaufbewahrung

ein und ziehen Sie den Aufbewahrungsknopf
2. Heben Sie den Riegel

an.
3. Richten Sie den Werkzeughalter am Führungsstift des Aufbruchhammers
senken Sie den Aufbruchhammer auf den Wagen ab.
HINWEIS: Der Bithalter muss sich in der verriegelten Position befinden.
4. Legen Sie den Riegel über den Aufbruchhammer.
5. Wickeln Sie das Kabel um die untere Hälfte des Griffs und sichern Sie das Ende mit dem
Kabelclip

6. Zum Entfernen gehen Sie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.
Transport
1. Wenn der Aufbruchhammer gesichert wurde, fassen Sie den Griff
den Wagen vorsichtig nach hinten, damit der Aufbruchhammer auf den Rädern
transportiert werden kann.
2. Wenn das Ziel erreicht ist, senken Sie den Aufbruchhammerwagen vorsichtig wieder
auf die Basisplatte ab.

Safety Warnings for Breaker Trolly
Wear safety shoes while using the hammer and the trolley. There is a risk of injury if
•
the hammer or trolley falls on your feet.
Ensure proper footing and use caution when rolling breaker trolley. Such preventive
•
safety measures reduce the risk of tip-over or cause loss of balance.
Make sure that the breaker trolly is placed on a stable, level surface. A level and
•
stable surface reduces the risk of the breaker trolly becoming unstable during loading or
removing the breaker from the trolly.
Disconnect the plug of the breaker from the power source and/ or remove the
•
battery pack, if detachable, from the power tool before loading the breaker on the
trolly and during transportation. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the power tool accidentally which can cause personal injury.

Do not exceed load limit of 50 kg. Refer to the warning label

Fig. D). Overloading could cause a personal injury.
Do not transport unsecured tool. Breakers that are not sufficiently fixed can cause

personal injuries if they fall out.
When transporting, be sure all chisels are secured in chisel storage by tightening
•
the storage knobs. If chisels fall out when moving the trolly, this can lead to injuries.
Make sure that the transport routes are safe. If unsafe transport routes are used, the
•
trolley may tip over, causing injury.

To load and remove breaker from trolley:
1. Remove the chisel from the breaker, insert it into the chisel storage
storage knobs
2. Lift latch
3. Align tool holder with breaker alignment pin
NOTE: Bit retainer must be in the unlocked position.
4. Lower latch over breaker.
5. Wrap cord around lower half of handle and secure end with cord clip
6. To remove, follow these steps in reverse order.
Transporting
1. With pavement breaker secured, grasp handle
it can be rolled on the wheels.
2. When location is reached, slowly lower breaker trolley to rest on base plate.
Maintenance
