  • Page 21 Check to make sure that the Impedance switch on the rear panel is set to the correct impedance (4, or 8 ohms) for your cabinet. Improper loading may cause excess tube and transformer wear and eventual failure. Use high-quality speaker cables to ensure maximum performance. To hook up an effect to your amp, take a 1/4” shielded mono cable and run the send of the amp to the input of the effect and run the output of the effect into the return on your amp.
