General Safety Messages
Failure to obey the following warn-
ings could result in death or serious injury:

● Do NOT modify this product in any way. Modifica-
tion can be extremely hazardous.
● The maximum weight capacity of the RV safety
hand rail is 250 lbs (113 kg) when properly
mounted to a sufficiently sturdy wall. Do NOT
exceed the maximum weight capacity.
● The RV safety hand rail MUST be mounted to an
RV wall with sufficient framing or backing material
to properly support the product and its intended
purpose. It is the responsibility of the installer to
contact the RV dealer or manufacturer to obtain
frame and backing locations.

RV Requirements
DM-4565 RV safety hand rail is designed for RVs
with wall thickness of:
Outside fasteners: at least 1-1/4" (32 mm)
Inside fasteners: 1-1/4" - 1-3/8" (32 - 35 mm)
For wall thickness other than those listed, installer
must acquire suitable length mounting screws.
