Here you will find an overview of the adjustable water hardness values.
You can ask your local waterworks about the water hardness level or use a water
hardness tester.

the washing container and can clog
parts of the appliance.
To get good washing results, you can
soften water using the softening
system and special salt. To avoid
damage to the device, water with a
hardness above 7 °dH must be
softened.
