Important Notes
@ Please make sure that the line voltage
meets the rated voltage on the nameplate.
@ This unit might get hot while operating,
but there is no need to worry about.
@ Do not open the cover, or you may get
an electric shock,
e@ |f the unit is not to be used for a long
period of time, disconnect the power
cord from the socket.
@ Operating the unit near a neon or fluores-
cent lamp may cause noise interference.
If so, change the angle or position of the
unit.
e Avoid using the unit in excessive heat or
humidity or where it may be affected by
direct sunlight or dust.
e Use a soft cloth and clean only with a mild
detergent.
@ Do not use solvents such as paint thinner.
PANEL DESCRIPTION
MODULATION
Front Panel
@ Input Jack
This jack receives signal sent from a musical instrument, or
from a mixer.
@ Effect Switch
This switch turns on or off the chorus effect. Pressing the
switch will turn the effect on, and pressing it again turns it off.
© Effect Indicator
This lights up when the chorus effect is on.
© Input Level Control
This adjusts the level of the signal fed into the CE-300.
@ Input Level Indicators
The current input level set with the Inout Level Control can be
seen with these indicators.
e@ Just after the CE-300 is turned on, the indicators may light
up for a few seconds without any input signal, but there is
nothing to worry about.
© Modulation Rate Control
This knob determines the frequency of the LFO, therefore
changes the rate of the chorus effect. Rotating this clockwise
quicken the rate.
@ Modulation Depth Control
This knob determines the depth of the LFO modulation.
Rotating the knob clockwise deepens the chorus effect.
© Direct Mute Switch
This switch can mute the direct signal, therefore should be
turned on when you want only delay signal output, such as
when the CE-300 is set up between the Send and the Return
of a mixer.
@ lf the Effect Switch is turned off, and the Direct Mute
Switch on, there is no sound output.
© Direct Mute Indicator
This light up when the Direct Mute Switch is turned on.
