CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS NOT RELATED TO OVEN FAILURE
When you get a complaint from your customer, please investigate the complaint carefully before going to the customer's
home. If the following symptoms apply, please educate the customer in the proper use of the microwave oven in order to
eliminate an unnecessary call.
