In the following pages, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to set up your sauna, as well as recommendations for enjoying a safe sauna experience.

    Pre-Installation Safety Instructions Electrical Requirements Each sauna requires a dedicated circuit when plugged into an outlet, meaning no other appliance should share the outlet/circuit with the sauna. Failure to comply with this requirement cause electrical interruption diminished performance. It is recommended that a qualified electrician install your dedicated electrical wiring for proper sauna functionality and to avoid any potential electrical hazards.

    Install the sauna on a completely level surface. Flammable objects and corrosive chemical substances should be kept far away from the sauna. While your sauna is designed for outdoor use, it is important to build the sauna in accordance with these instructions to minimize water seepage into the sauna.
  • Page 7 Step 2: Secure the Floor Staves Once you have installed the final floor stave, secure by fastening nuts to the cord. Step 3: Secure Floor Panel to Sauna Base Use screws to secure floor panel to sauna base.
  • Page 8 Step 4: Connect Remaining Floor Staves & Secure in Place Connect the remaining floor staves (right side: 31-38; left side: 117-124) using the carved grooves.   • Page 9 Step 6: Install Back Panel Place the assembled back wall panel onto the recessed area of the floor panel (rear side). At this point, someone should hold the back wall panel until Step 8 to prevent it from falling. Step 7: Install Front Panel Place the assembled front wall panel onto the recessed area of the floor panel (front side).
  • Page 10 Step 8: Install Side Wall Panel – Right Side Attach the assembled right-side wall panel and secure to the front and back wall panels with screws.
  • Page 11 Step 9: Install Side Wall Panel – Left Side Attach the assembled left-side wall panel and secure to the back wall panel with screws. Step 10: Install Sauna Door Attach the door frame and secure to the front and floor panels with screws.
  • Page 12 Step 12: Install Remaining Right Side Wall Staves Attach the remaining right-side wall staves (54-62) and secure to the front and back wall panels with screws. Step 13: Install Left Side Glass Panel Attach the left-side glass panel. At this point, someone should hold the back wall panel until Step 13 to prevent it from falling.
  • Page 13 Step 15: Install Remaining Left Side Wall Staves Attach the remaining left-side wall staves and secure to the roof and back wall panels with screws. Step 16: Install Metal Belt Strips (Caution! Sharp Edges! Wear Protective Gloves During Installation!) Place the metal bands with brackets around the sauna. Insert the threaded rod through the brackets and fasten the nuts on both ends to tighten the strips.

  • Page 15 Step 18: Install Backrests Install backrests at preferred height and secure with screws. Step 19: Install Wooden Support Piece Inside the sauna, install the wooden support piece between the glass wall and the backrest.
  • Page 16 Step 20: Place Waterproof Fabric on Top of Sauna Step 21: Install Front Beams Install the front beams and secure with screws.
  • Page 17 Step 22: Install Shingles Starting at the base of the sauna, install shingles and use nails to secure. Step 23: Install Door Handle Align the door handle along the two holes outside of the door and secure with screws.

    Usage and Maintenance Guide Allow your sauna to warm up for 15-20 minutes or until it reaches 110° F (43° C). You may close the vent on the ceiling to speed up the pre-heating process. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration before and after the sauna session.

    If the varnish is cracked or worn off, sand the surface and re-varnish affected area. Consult your local handyman or furniture repair professional for more details on how to maintain wood in an outdoor environment.
