Mounting anti-insertion locks Before installing the fixed part, it is necessary to fit the lock that prevents the insertion of circuit-breakers with different electrical characteristics from the fixed part. Fasten the fixed part to a horizontal surface using four M8 x 25 screws for E2.2 and E4.2 fixed parts, and withdrawable circuit-breaker using six M8 x 25 screws for E6.2 fixed parts. The screws are supplied by ABB. See Figure 57. Tighten the screws with tightening torque = 21 Nm - 186 lb in.

800/900 V Insulating protections are mandatory for >690 V fixed versions of E2.2, E4.2 and E6.2. Details about assembling insulating protections are available at http://www.abb.com/abblibrary/ DownloadCenter/, especially in the kit sheet 1SDH001000R0746. Grounding The circuit-breakers in fixed version and the fixed part of withdrawable circuit-breakers are equipped with a screw for the ground connection.
The following are the suggestions for checking with reference to the preceding LED table: HELP note Operation Contact ABB and give details about the state of the LEDs on the unit. Check the connections between trip unit and accessories (Rating Plug, trip coil, sensors, etc).
