You cannot copy images.
• Connect the camera and your computer correctly using the supplied cable lbr multi-use
terminal (page 79).
• Follow the designated copy procedure for your OS (pages 79, 87).
• When you shoot images with a "Memory Stick Duo" formatted by a computen you may not
be able to copy the images to a computer. Shoot using a "Memory Stick Duo" formatted by
your camera (page 66).
After making a USB connection, "PicturePackage" does not start automatically.
• Slart up Ihc "PicturePack ,ge Menu" and check [Settings].
• Make Ihe USB connection after the computer is turned on (page 79).
The image cannot be played back on a computer.
• If you are using "PicturePackage _ click on help al the upper-right corner of each screen.
• Constl][ Ihe COIIlpuIeF or software lilantlfactureF.
The image and sound are interrupted by noise when you view a movie on a
computer.
• You are playing back the movie directly from the internal memory or "Memory Stick Duo".
Copy the movie to the hard disk of your computen then play back the movie from the hard
disk (page 77).
You cannot print an image.
• Check the printer settings.
Images once copied to a computer cannot be viewed on the camera.
•Copy them to a lblder recognized by the camera_ such as "IOIMSDCF" (page 83).
• Operate correctly (page 84).
"Music Transfer" cannot recognize the camera.
• The write-in-area of Music files of the camera is ctu-rupled. Execulc [FormalMusic]
(page 70).
