DESCRIZIONE DELLE FUNZIONI

Modalità di funzionamento ESTIVA
La selezione della modalità Estiva avviene impostando la modalità
In questa modalità con termostato in chiamata le risorse vengono così
gestite:
- la valvola della modalità estiva è sempre ON;
- la valvola della modalità invernale è sempre OFF;
- le ventole sono sempre abilitate secondo la funzione Too Cool e fun-
zionano alla velocità impostata con il selettore ventola.
Con termostato soddisfatto le risorse vengono così gestite:
- la valvola della modalità estiva è sempre OFF;
- la valvola della modalità invernale è sempre OFF;
- le ventole sono sempre OFF a meno che il fancoil non sia configurato
con ventilazione continua.
Modalità di funzionamento INVERNALE
La selezione della modalità Invernale avviene impostando la modalità
In questa modalità con termostato in chiamata le risorse vengono così
gestite:
- la valvola della modalità estiva è sempre OFF;
- la valvola della modalità invernale è sempre ON;
- le ventole sono sempre abilitate secondo la funzione Hot Start e fun-
zionano alla velocità impostata con il selettore ventola.
Con termostato soddisfatto le risorse vengono così gestite:
- la valvola della modalità estiva è sempre OFF;
- la valvola della modalità invernale è sempre OFF;
- le ventole sono sempre OFF a meno che il fancoil non sia configurato
con ventilazione continua.
Modalità di funzionamento AUTO
Il controllore automaticamente seleziona la modalità di funzionamento
in ragione della tipologia di impianto selezionata:
- impianto a 2 tubi: selezione modalità di funzionamento in base alla
temperatura letta dalla sonda sull'acqua o sull'aria;
- impianto a 4 tubi: selezione modalità di funzionamento in base alla
temperatura letta dalla sonda aria.
Ventilazione automatica
La velocità del ventilatore è regolata automaticamente in funzione della dif-
ferenza fra il set point impostato e la temperatura dell'ambiente. Tanto mag-
giore è la differenza, tanto più incrementata sarà la velocità del ventilatore.
Funzione Hot Start
Disponibile in sola modalità riscaldamento. Questa funzione attiva la
ventilazione solamente se l'acqua è sufficientemente calda (T ≥32 °C).
Funzione Too Cool
Disponibile in sola modalità raffreddamento, questa funzione attiva la ven-
tilazione solamente se l'acqua presente nella batteria è sufficientemente
fredda (T ≤18 °C).
Ventilazione periodica
Questa funzione favorisce la destratificazione dell'aria e consente al sensore
di misurare la temperatura ambiente più vicina a quella percepita dell'utente.
Questa funzione è attiva sia in modalità raffreddamento che riscaldamento.
Collegamento a sistema Building Management System
Il comando AT modbus dispone di una porta TTL che consente il collega-
mento ad un sistema BMS di gestione e supervisione centralizzata (es.
Idrorelax di Climaveneta) con protocollo Modbus RTU, previa installazio-
ne del Kit Bus Adapter per ciascun comando.

INSTALLAZIONE

Il montaggio deve essere effettuato da personale qualificato.
- Prima di installare il comando è necessario togliere l'alimentazione al
fan-coil.
- Il kit è predisposto per essere collegato ad un fan-coil taglia 100-200
con attacchi idraulici a DX (comando elettrico a SX).
Se la taglia o la posizione degli attacchi è diversa da quella predefini-
ta spostare il comando nella posizione corretta (fig. A).
- Fissare la staffa con l'ausilio delle viti fornite a corredo del kit.
- Togliere il mantello seguendo quanto illustrato nel manuale d'installa-
zione del fan-coil.
- Far passare i cablaggi attraverso l'apertura sul supporto comando,
ricavata sulla basetta.

SUMMER mode of operation

- the summer mode valve is always ON;
- the winter mode valve is always OFF;
- the fans are always enabled according to the Too Cool function and
operate at the speed set with the fan speed selector.

- the winter mode valve is always OFF;
- the fans are always OFF, unless the fan coil is configured for conti-
nuous ventilation.

AUTO mode of operation
The controller automatically selects the mode of operation in relation to
the type of plant selected:
- 2 pipes system: selects the mode of operation in relation to the water
or air temperature;
- 4 pipes system: selects the mode of operation in relation to the air
temperature.
AUTO fan mode
The controller will define the fan speed as much high as the difference
between the desired room temperature against the current one.
Hot Start function
This function is available only in heating mode and it only activates the
fan if the water is hot enough (T ≥32 °C).
Too Cool function
This function is available only in cooling mode, but only activates the
fan if the water in the coil is cold enough (T ≤18 °C).
Periodic fan operation
Periodic fan operation allows the fan-coil to measure the room tempera-
ture as precisely as possible. This function is active in cooling and in
heating mode as well.
Connection to Building Management System
The AT Modbus control unit features a TTL port for connection to a buil-
ding management system (BMS) (e.g. Climaveneta Idrorelax) using Mod-
bus RTU protocol; this connection requires installation of the Bus Adapter
kit on each control unit.

INSTALLATION

Qualified personnel must carry out the installation.
- Before installing the control, cut off the power supply to the fan-coil.
- The kit is ready to be connected to a size 100-200 fan coil with water
connections on the right (electrical control unit on the left).
If the size of the fan coil or position of the connections is different from
the standard, move the control unit to the other side (fig. A)
- Fasten the bracket using the screws supplied in the kit.
- Remove the housing following the instructions given in the fan-coil
installation booklet.
- Pass the wiring through the hole in the control support on the terminal
plate.
