Viking induction cooktops not only keep your kitchen cool,
they keep it clean. The induction power generators are
located beneath a continuous ceramic glass surface. So
there are no nooks & crannies for food to spill into. And since
it's the cookware instead of the cooktop generating
heat, spills don't get baked onto the glass. You may
never need more than a damp cloth to clean up.
With Viking induction cooking, you'll never have to
wonder if you left the cooktop on. Not only does
induction heat stop as soon as the pan is removed,
the "no contact" feature automatically turns the
power generators off if the pan is not replaced within
two minutes. Likewise, cookware resting on the cooktop
won't heat up until you turn the power on.
Viking induction cooktops are quite a culinary
