Selecting digital output
Select the digital output to be output trom the optical or coaxial digital
audio output terminal of the unit.

DVDs recorded in Dolby Digital.

Digital audio converted to 48 kHz/16 bit PCM (2ch) is out-
put during play of DVDs recorded in Dolby Digital.
When "3 DTS Digital Surround" is selected
1 Off (Factory preset)
No digital audio is output during play of OVDs recorded in
DTS Digital Surround.
2 Bitstream*2
DTS Digital Surround bitstream (tch—5.1ch) is output dur-
ing play of DVDs recorded in DTS Digital Surround.
