with a VOM common lead on regulator TB-l
and the following terminals on the back of
the socket of each gate pulse generator -
No. 12 and No. 20.
(If measured voltage
is not correct, replace the Gate Pulse
Generator card that failed measurement),
10.
Using a clamp on ammeter, check the current
output from T4, T5 and T6 for balanced
(+10%) readings.

NOTE
THE FOLLOWING StEPS REQUIRE THE USE
OF AN OSCILLOSCOPE.
h
1
ARNING
THE OSCILLOSCOPE MUST BE ISOLATED FROM
EARTH GROUND.
HIGH VOLTAGE THEREFORE
MAY BE PRESENT ON THE OSCILLOSCOPE CHASSIS.
Place the system in the manual mode of
operation and the manual speed control
fully CW (maximum).
With the scope, check
for the proper signals as follows.
Under
the indication column
~l7ill
be listed the
function to be measured and the point of
measurement - either TB 'terminal or card
socket tab/terminal.
Under this column
will be given scope settings and signal
observed plus approximate amplitude.
