  • Page 4 2.0 Important Instructions When using or working on electric heaters, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following: Read all instructions before installing or using this heater. Remove the unit from the packaging and make sure it is in good condition before using.
  • Page 5 3.0 Setup and Operation Setup 1. Remove the heater head and stand from its packaging. 2. Place the stand on a level surface, adjust height, and hand tighten clamps. See instruction pro- vided with stand. 3. The stand comes with a “screw adapter fitting” installed that is unnecessary. Untighten top clamp and remove fitting and discard.
  • Page 6 4.0 Cleaning and Maintenance 1. The heater does not contain user serviceable parts. Should the product be damaged or breakdown, contact our customer service. 2. Damaged supply cords must be replaced by the manufacturer. 3. Replacement elements are available and should be installed by qualified personnel. Cleaning Unplug the power cord and make sure the heater is cool before continuing.
  • Page 7 5.0 Troubleshooting At power and after two to three minutes of warm-up time, the heater element should glow a warm orange color, similar to the color of coals in a hot fire. If the element does not warm up at all: Check that the power is on at the circuit breaker and/or any installed switch or dimmer.
