OPERATION To adjust the monitor, follow the numbered steps in sequence shown below. Steps to make adjustments Press the Power On/Off* button to turn the monitor on. Power light: Green = on Orange = power saving mode Turn the dial under the Brightness or Contrast icon as shown below.

• Check your graphics card for proper sync scheme (or sync polarities) to match the monitor's specifications. Turn monitor OFF, wait one minute, then turn ON again. Do this only once. • • If you have an older graphics card, contact Optiquest for a non-DDC adapter.

How long the warranty is effective: The OPTIQUEST Q53 color monitor, including the display tube, is warranted for three (3) years for all parts and one (1) year for all labor from the date of the first consumer purchase.
