I thought the ear buds would turn off if one dropped out but one did and the other is still working. Any way to ping it?

The document does not provide specific instructions for turning off the Aiwa View earbuds if one has dropped out. However, since both earphones have the same controls, you can press and hold the button on the remaining earphone for 2 seconds to decline a call, which may also function as a power-off gesture depending on the device behavior.
If that does not turn it off, placing the earbud back in the charging case typically powers it down automatically.
