HOW AND WHEN TO USE THE CONTROLS
START
After loading the laundry,
place the washing powder and
additives into the appropriate
compartments. Before starting
up the machine, check that:
— the appliance is plugged in
— the water supply taps are
turned on
— the drain hose is correctly
and securely positioned
— the door and the washing
powder dispenser drawer are
closed.
Depress
the
required
pushbutton(s).
Select
the
required
programme by pressing and
turning the programme dial
clockwise.
At this stage, press the
«start/stop» button to start
the programme up.
The pilot light comes on
and the programme starts up
STOP
When the programme has
finished, the programme dial
will be in the «l» position and
the washing machine will
automatically stop.
If you have depressed the
«Rinse Hold» button, the water
remaining in the wash tub must
be drained by pressing again the
same button before opening the
door.
The pilot light goes out.
Open the door 1 - 2 minu¬
tes after the end of the pro¬
gramme to give the safety
device time to unlock.
If necessary, stop the
machine by pressing the
«start/stop» button ® again.
At
the
end
of
the
programme, all the buttons
should be reset to the «rest»
position (not depressed).
