Setting up your new microwave oven
Set Date & Time
Your microwave oven is equipped with a built-in clock. Set date & time when
first installing your microwave oven or after a power failure. The date & time is
displayed whenever the microwave oven is not being used.
1.
Touch the Settings button.
Touch

button until display shows Date & Time.

Touch the OK button and select Manual mode.
NOTE
This guide is for manual mode. If you connect your microwave to SmartThings,
the date & time can be updated automatically.

Use the numeric and OK buttons to enter month, day, year, hour, and
minute.

For 12 hour display mode, touch

button until display shows Turn Table.

Touch the OK button.

and then touch OK button to set the function On/Off.
NOTE
You can use this feature only on manual cooking mode.
If the turntable does not rotate for an extended period of time, food may burn.
For best cooking results, leave the turntable feature on.
CAUTION
The turntable may become too hot to touch.
Use pot holders to handle the turntable during and after cooking.

Kitchen Timer

Your microwave has a built-in timer function - the Kitchen Timer. Use the Kitchen
Timer for timing up to 99 minutes, 99 seconds.
1.
Touch the Settings button.

Touch

button until display shows Timer and touch OK button.
3.
Use numeric buttons to set the time of kitchen timer and then touch OK to
start.
4.
The display counts down, and then beeps when the time has elapsed.

To cancel the timer setting, touch the
