HOW TO PLAY RECORDS
PROCEDURES
BEFORE
PLAYING

(1) Push in the POWER
switch and switch ON
power.
(2) Open the dust cover.
(3) Place a record on the platter.
(4) Press the SPEED
selector switch so as to
select the correct speed.
Press the SIZE selector switch, and set it to
the size of your record.
(6) Close the dust cover.
(7) Set your stereo amplifier for playing a record.
For details refer to the operating instructions for
your stereo amplifier.

PROCEDURES AFTER PLAYING
(1) Open the dust cover and remove the record.
(2) Push in the POWER switch to the STAND-BY
position.
OPERATIONS
FOR
NORMAL
PLAY (AUTO
PLAY)
Automatic play of all tracks, from the first track to the
last track.
(1) Carry out "PROCEDURES
BEFORE
PLAY-
ING",
(2) Press the PLAY switch and begin playing the
record,
(3) Adjust the volume and tone controls of the
stereo amplifier.
After the last track has been played, the tone arm
will return and the turntable will stop autormati-
cally.
After finishing playing records, carry out the
"PROCEDURES
AFTER PLAYING".

OPERATIONS
FOR MANUAL
PLAYING
Use these operations for the following purposes.
To
start playing from part way through a track.
@ When the record is not a standard size (not the
same
as the
mat
size),
and
cannot
be played
normally.
(1) Carry out "PROCEDURES BEFORE PLAY-
ING".
(2) Press
the LOCATE
switch,
and
move
the
tone arm to the record.
(3) Press
the
ARM
ELEVATION
switch,
and
begin playing the record.
{4} Adjust the volume and tone controls of the
stereo amplifier.
(After the last track has been played, the tone
arm will return automatically.)
(5) After finishing playing records, carry out the
"PROCEDURES
AFTER PLAYING".
