    Description The HT100 Cargo Transporter is designed to be towed by a suitable 4x4 or ATV, for moving a range of materials. Phenolic resin flooring and a strong steel chassis, combined with pivoting axles allow for use over rough and arduous conditions.

    & repair as necessary Storage The HT100 should always be stored under cover to prolong the life of the trailer. It is advisable to wash the trailer before storage, allowing to dry naturally in the sun (if possible), prior to storing under cover.
  • Page 5: Wheel Nuts

    English distributor – not all punctures can be repaired and in some cases the tyre may need to be replaced. Wheel Nuts Wheel nuts (4 outer nuts retaining the wheel to the green adaptor plate) should be checked daily for tightness and if required torqued to 37Nm. Hub adaptor bolts (4 inner bolts retaining the green adaptor plate to the hub) should be checked for tightness and if required torqued to 65Nm.
  • Page 6 Trailer steelwork and chassis The steelwork and chassis on the HT100 is manufactured from various grades of mild steel, which is fully shot blasted to SA2.5 surface roughness, prior to application of 2 coats of RAL6003 30% matt finish polyester powder applied paint to a mean DFT of 100 microns (Qualicoat approval number: P-1483 Matt).

    Transfer of Warranty The Chapman warranty be transferred to a subsequent owner of the machinery (for use within the UK only) for the balance of the warranty period subject to all of the stated warranty conditions and provided that the Change of Owner form is completed and sent to Chapman Machinery within 14 days of change of owner- ship.
