3. After this message, the RAM test starts. In this self-test, the system's
RAM is rapidly checked, byte by byte.
4. About five seconds after the RAM test ends, the system loads the
operating system from Drive C.

General Troubleshooting Check list
Before proceeding with the list of symptoms and solutions in this
chapter, review the following check list. Trouble with the system may
result from a problem as simple as a faulty connection. Run through
the following steps first.
Check Connections
1.
Turn off and unplug the system unit.
2. Remove and reinstall the keyboard cable (refer to Chapter 2).
3. Remove and reinstall the two monitor cables (refer to Chapter 2).
4. Remove and reinstall the power cable from the system unit (refer to
Chapter2).
