On digital thermostats, when the equipment is fully loaded, it is possible for the alarm to go off after 2 hours if it has not yet reached the set temperature. Press the "mute" button to turn the alarm off and wait for 12 hours for the temperature to stabilize.
Place a container under the front drain pipe, remove the plug from the inner drain hole and wait for the ice to thaw (do not use hot water). Do not use sharp objects to remove ice as these may damage the inside of the equipment.
