    Installing the Battery Use.only.the.Uniden.BT-1007.or.BT-1015.rechargeable.battery.pack.supplied.with.your.cordless.telephone. Unpack all handsets, battery packs, and battery covers. (If the battery cover is on the handset, press in on the notch and slide the cover off.) Line up the battery pack connector with the jack inside the handset.

    Connecting the AC adapter To the base To.avoid.risk.of.fire.and.shock,.only.use.the.Uniden.PS-0035.AC.adapter.with.the.base. Connect the AC adapter to the AC IN 8V jack on the back of the base. To the DCX150 charging cradle (for multi-handset packs only) Connect the AC adapter to the Use.only.the.Uniden AC IN 8V jack as shown.

    Charging the Handset Place the handset in the base cradle with the display facing forward. If you have an accessory handset, place it in the charging cradle with the display facing forward. Make sure that the charge LED illuminates when the handset is seated.
