THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE SOLE

IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF

LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
